Majic Kit

The BMW MINI was launched in the UK on 7th July 2001, by 16th July the Majic Kit you see below was in production. The kit was designed to compliment the shape of the car, in a simple, and subtle way. Colour coding the standard arches simplifies things and keeps both costs and off road time to a minimum. There is no need for huge arches simply to clear the wheels since the MINI will happily take up to 19's (provided you use the correct offset) without major drama.

Of course you may like wide arches (we do) in which case the Animal kit is worth a look.

Our car just before we got the keys. Big thank you to Lind of Norwich It lasted 24 hours before we modified it!!

These are just about the only Photos we have of our car in its original state, because it did not stay that way for long. Compared to the car now they look pretty tame and very bare.

Autofashion Majic kit The new BMW MINI Majic kit consists of a front apron, side skirts, rear apron, and optional tailgate spoiler.

The kit is bonded over the existing black plastic lips, which makes is quick and easy to fit. The standard arches are then colour coded.

The body kit has been designed to be easy to fit, with the minimum of down time. The kit should be able to be fitted and painted by most bodyshops in a couple of days, and a week at the worst.

The Above pictured car was built and displayed at the 2001 Essen Motor Show. Company Boss Phil Chapman travelled to Germany to delivery and fit parts to the car, only a month after travelling to California to fit the kit to the car below which was probably the only MINI in private hands in North America at the time. The kit was fitted in time for the SEMA show in Las Vegas. Click for Details
