We offer Turbo conversions which can be supplied only or fitted/supplied for the fantastic Honda engined Rovers. These have always been the cars to go for offering fabulously strong engines that rev well and are totally reliable (unlike the Rover engines cars). Available as either SOHC or DOHC 1.6 engines mostly (1.4 and 1.8 also available but not often used in Rovers), this engine delivered Power and speed that was very close to the far larger Rover 2 litre engined cars. The behaviour of these Honda engines is more akin to a motorcycle engine.

How do you tell which engine you have? Well as a rule of thumb if you look at the car from the front with the bonnet open - see which side the gearbox is on.

If the gearbox is on the right then unfortunately you have the Rover engined car - commiserations.

If the gearbox is on the left then great news - you have the far better Honda engined car, and even better you can fit one of our Turbo kits!!!

These Turbo conversions are better than the Rover Turbos!!! Every spec is higher and the Power is awesome. The turbo conversions come with everything you need to convert your car including oil lines for the turbo. The conversion needs NO SPECIAL TOOLS!! You can convert your car with normal hand tools - spanners, socket set, screwdrivers,,, The engine does not have to be taken apart.
